Hiring Sales/ Business Development Manager in Bangalore, Salary up to INR 5.0L P.A. Need immediate joiners.
Job Location: Bangalore, HSR Layout.
Qualification: Any graduate/ postgraduate
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or relevant roles.
- Proven sales track record
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and PPT
- Proficiency in English both written & verbal
- Market knowledge
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills
Job Time: Day shift, Full Time, Mon to Sun 9.30 am to 6.30 pm
Week Off: Saturday (Half day) & Sunday
Job Role:
- Mapping and generating new leads for the Company's corporate solution services.
- Identifying the concerned person/department and fixing the appointments with them.
- Giving presentations and explaining the concept that our company offers to prospective clients.
- Understand the customer needs and customizing the hosts of services as per their requirements.
- Pricing multiple product offerings and customer targeting for optimizing sales.
- Sending proposals and follow up with the clients.
- Working towards achieving individual targets and closing deals.
- Drive revenue through new client acquisitions.
- The ability to drive corporate sales directly.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople
