Hiring Sr. Operations Executive cum Financial Coordinator in Mumbai, Salary up to INR 20,000/- Per Month. Need immediate joiners.

Job Location: Mumbai, Thane

Qualification: Any graduate/ Post Graduate

Required Skills & Experience:

• Must be good in English communication (written & verbal)
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel, and PPT
• Hard-working and punctual with a positive attitude
• Must have 1-3 years of experience in coordination and operations.

Job Time: Day shift, Full Time, Mon to Sat 9.30 am to 6.30 pm

Week Off: 6 days working with fixed 1 day off on weekends i.e. sun off.

Job Role:

• Maintain office expenses such as stationery, tea & snacks, machinery maintenance and repair, equipment purchases, transportation and logistics expenses, vendor payment, and other miscellaneous expenses, etc.
• Maintain files and records with effective filing systems
• Support other teams with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings, etc.)
• Monitor office expenditures and handle all office contracts (rent, service, etc.)
• Perform basic bookkeeping activities and update the accounting system
• Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders
• Assist in vendor relationship management
• Collaborate with the finance department for vendor payment and other purchase requirements.
• Compile and process information such as prices, discounts, shipping rates, etc.
• Negotiate payment arrangements when needed
• Keep accurate records (customer information, received payments, etc.)
• Prepare and submit statements
• Perform the responsibilities as assigned and directed by reporting authorities.
