Hiring Transport Executive in Hyderabad, Salary up to INR 16000/- P.M. Need immediate joiners.
Job Location: Hyderabad, All localities.
Qualification: Any graduate/ postgraduate
Required Skills & Experience:
- Must be good in English communication (written & verbal)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel, and PPT
- Hard-working and punctual with a positive attitude
Job Time: Full Time, Night Shift, 9.0 hours between 7.00 pm to 7.00 am.
Job Role:
- Maintain the daily pick up and drop list of staff;
- Report on all arrivals to operations by mail;
- Maintain an accurate and readily available list of important transport-related telephone numbers;
- Work order / Job cards - Generate job cards/work orders for all transport requests and assign a unique reference number to each request
- Reporting - Prepare daily / weekly reports as required on Transport requests and vehicular movements;
- Contribute to the Monthly Management Report to (Client)
- Perform other duties as required by SuperSeva and (Client)
- Work closely with Administration in relation to the payment of invoices
- Receive and log requests for Transport services - Record complete details of the service requests/complaints from employees of (Client). Assign unique identity numbers for all service requests;
- Maintain accurate information on all vehicle movements;
- Provide arrival reports to operations
