Hiring Team Leader- Semi Voice Process in Bangalore, Salary up to INR 30K P.M. Need immediate joiners.
Job Location: Bangalore Indranagar
Qualification: Any Graduate/ Postgraduate
Required Skills & Experience:
- Must have 2+ years of experience in team management in call center/ BPO/ KPO/ Customer service role
- Must be good in English communication (written & verbal)
- Good knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel, and PPT.
- Hard-working, and punctual with a positive attitude.
Job Time: Day shift, Full Time, Mon to Sat 9.30 am to 6.30 pm
Week Off: 6 days working with any 1 day off on weekdays between Mon to Fri, but not on Sat & Sun.
Job Role:
- Resolve issues clearly and thoughtfully via online chat and email.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting product issues, reporting them to the appropriate teams and offering suggestions for interim solutions.
- Manage workflow to meet and exceed defined service level agreements.
- Troubleshooting - using internal and external tools to diagnose the issue
- Replicating - using a test account in the same environment to reproduce the issue
- Data analysis - interpreting data & compare with previous campaigns, alternative advertisers
- Determine root cause of issue e.g. review source code of the website, pixel extensions
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and comfortable with online communication tools.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Detail-oriented, focused, motivated, able to adapt
- Research-oriented -Exceptionally resourceful; fearless in mining available knowledge bases to find answers
- Data-driven, technical, proactive and curious
- Find similar issues, previous workarounds, ability to learn & apply
- Analytical approach - data-backed reasoning, critical thinking, logical, objective analysis
