It's especially for job seekers who all are seeking for a new job. You must know that recruiters & employers have really no time to go through a complete resume when you send your resume for a job application, the complete resume will be viewed while conducting interview telephonic or F2F as there are so many applicants and hence your application is lost in between somewhere if you do not mention following points in your mail body while applying for a job.
